A thumbnail of the cover of this publication

Date published: 22nd August 2008

There’s a lot more you can do on your mobile phone these days—download ringtones and music, chat, vote, check your horoscope, enter competitions, or find out sports scores. These extras usually attract a premium fee. Often referred to as mobile premium services, they are offered from numbers starting with 191, 193–197 and 199. These services tend to cost more than a standard SMS or phone call.
