Comments are invited from interested parties regarding the Statement of Issues.
The closing date for submissions is 10 December 2008. Submissions should be forwarded electronically (preferably in PDF format) to mergers@accc.gov.au with the title Submission re Woolworths proposed acquisition of a supermarket lease in Wallaroo (attention David Jones and Brett Morris).
Alternatively submissions may be forwarded by fax to 02 6243 1212 or by mail to Mergers Branch, ACCC, GPO Box 3131, Canberra ACT 2601.
