Submissions in response to ACCC discussion paper

After reviewing all relevant documents for assessing the Undertaking, it has come to the ACCC’s attention that documents submitted on 18 November 2008 were not made available for interested parties to respond to.

As part of its assessment of Telstra's 2008 ULLS Undertaking, the ACCC commissioned Ovum to review the Telstra Efficient Access (TEA) cost model.

Adam Internet, iiNet/Chime and Agile/Internode (the access seekers) consider that Telstra’s undertaking is inconsistent with Telstra’s standard access obligations (SAOs) and fails to provide reasonable terms of access.
