Johnson and Johnson Vision Care (JJVC) has lodged two notifications in relation to the supply by JJVC of contact lenses to optometrists, ophthalmologists and optical dispensers. JJVC has a Health and Safety Policy under which it places restrictions upon eligibility to become a customer of JJVC and upon the extent to which its customers may resupply JJVC's products.
