The ACCC is conducting an informal review of a possible bid by Woolworths for the Kingston (ACT) car park development site. The ACCC understands that no decision has been made by the ACT Government to sell the site, but Woolworths has sought informal clearance from the ACCC to enable it to participate in any future sale process.
