Summary
nab proposes to have arrangements with Intermediaries pursuant to which nab will:
- supply or offer to supply a nab Product on condition that the customer acquires one or more Intermediary Services from one or more participating Intermediaries;
- refuse to supply a nab Product for the reason that the customer has not acquired one or more Intermediary Services from one or more participating Intermediaries;
- give a discount, allowance, rebate or credit on a nab Product on condition that the customer acquires one or more Intermediary Services from one or more participating Intermediaries; and/or
- refuse to give a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to a nab Product for the reason that the customer has not acquired one or more Intermediary Services from one or more participating Intermediaries.
nab proposes to offer a discount on its standard interest rates and/or discount or waive the application or other fees for customers who otherwise meet nab's criteria for nab Products and who are referred directly to nab by a participating Intermediary, or indirectly by an Intermediary through a related body corporate of nab (which itself may be an Intermediary).
