CALMS Ltd sought authorisation for the use of a `not to exceed' fee schedule (capped fee arrangement) for the provision of after hours primary medical care in the ACT.
On 15 October 2008 the ACCC issued a determination granting authorisation to CALMS until 31 October 2011, on condition that CALMS advise the ACCC of any changes to the fee schedule and provide information about the basis for the change.
