Carbon offset claims: trade practices issues and other key concerns

The ACCC notes its carbon guidance was to be updated contingent on the introduction of a Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) by the Australian Government. The implementation of the CPRS has now been delayed and the ACCC is assessing what changes to its guidance may be required.
