The ACCC is responsible under direction no. 31 to Part VIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 for monitoring car parking prices, costs and profits at the five major airports—Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
The ACCC is currently developing the information requirements for airport car parking monitoring.
