CBH will offer to supply storage and handling services on the condition that Growers or Marketers acquire:
i) supply chain coordination services from CBH; and
ii) to the extent that grain remains in CBH's custody, that they only acquire transport services from CBH (through its nominated carrier).
The ACCC invited submissions from interested parties in relation to CBH's proposal. Submissions were requested to be provided to the ACCC by 11 July 2008. All public submissions received by the ACCC are available from the 'Submissions' link below.
On 8 September 2008 the ACCC decided not to revoke the exclusive dealing notification lodged by CBH at this time.
