Canberra Connect

Description

Canberra Connect provides information and services through three direct channels: Call Centre, Shopfronts and Web Centre. Shopfronts are located at Belconnen, Dickson, Tuggeranong and Woden. They are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm (Dickson opens at 8.15am), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The Civic Driver Licence Service is open from 10.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. It offers drivers licence and Proof of Age card transactions only. The Canberra Connect Call Centre is open from 7.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday; 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays and ‘ACT only’ public holidays (such as Canberra Day), and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Sundays.
