Access to Telstra exchange facilities

In July 2008, the ACCC made the Access to Telstra exchange facilities RKR in response to complaints about delays regarding associated with Telstra's queuing system. The purpose of the RKR was to monitor queuing and capping at Telstra's exchanges and provide transparancy and oversight about these proceses.

In July 2011, the ACCC extended the operation of the RKR relating to access to Telstra exchange facilities until 14 July 2014.

In 2011, the ACCC reviewed and extended the operation of the Telstra exchange facilities RKR until 14 July 2014. Information about the consultation is available via this link.

Previous RKR

In July 2008, the ACCC released the original RKR relating to access to Telstra exchange facilities. This RKR expired on 14 July 2011 and has been replaced by a new RKR (see above).
