In July 2011, the ACCC extended the RKR relating to access to Telstra exchange facilities until 14 July 2014.
The ACCC also issued a Disclosure Direction to Telstra requiring it to continue to provide extracts of reports prepared in accordance with the RKR to the ACCC for publication on the ACCC's website.
The reports prepared for the December 2008 calendar month and for all subsequent calendar months are available below.
In July 2008, the ACCC released the original RKR relating to access to Telstra exchange facilities. This RKR expired on 14 July 2011 and has been replaced by a new RKR (see above).
