In July 2008, the ACCC released the final RKR relating to access to Telstra exchange facilities.
In December 2008 the ACCC issued a Disclosure Direction to Telstra requiring it to provide extracts of reports prepared in accordance with the Access to Telstra Exchange Facilities RKR to the ACCC for publication on the ACCC's website.
The Disclosure Direction applies to the report prepared for the December 2008 calendar month and for all subsequent calendar months
