SCA (SA) represents the Strata and Community Titles service sector in South Australia. The former Community Titles Institute of S.A. Inc. (CTISA) became a Chapter of the newly formed national body, Strata Community Australia in 2011. Becoming a part of the national body gives SCA (SA )a larger platform as a representative of the strata sector.
SCA ( SA) members include Body Corporate management firms, managers, support staff, industry partners, students and other key stakeholders in this rapid growth service sector. Members benefit from professional development through our seminars, conferences and industry briefings.
SCA (SA ) is committed to its membership and seeks to promote and represent the strata sector through professionalism and ethical conduct.
