Department for Families and Communities, SA

Description

The Department for Families and Communities (DFC) has a broad mandate to work with those who, through circumstance, may be poor, vulnerable, at risk of harm or isolated, to connect them to choices and opportunities. DFC provides housing services, disability services, services for families and community connectivity. The department includes Community Connect, Community Renewal Unit, HomeStart Finance, Domiciliary Care SA, The Office for the Ageing and the Office for Disability and Client Services.
