The Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) acts to protect public health and safety by resolving, investigating and prosecuting complaints about health care. The HCCC; receives and assesses complaints relating to health service providers in NSW, resolves or assist in the resolution of complaints, investigates serious complaints that raise questions of public health and safety, prosecutes serious complaints. The HCCC is committed to acting fairly towards all parties.
