i. supply particular services exclusively to tourism product and service providers who are accredited with a Tourism Accreditation Australia Limited (TAAL) licensed program
ii. refuse to supply particular services unless tourism product and service providers acquire accreditation with a Tourism Accreditation Australia Limited (TAAL) licensed program
Tourism product and service providers demonstrating a certification standards equivalent (or higher) to the minimum standards set by the Australian Tourism Accreditation Standard will be exempt from this policy.
