If you are a grower and you are thinking about getting together with other growers to negotiate the terms and conditions of a horticulture produce agreement with a trader or traders, you should read this fact sheet to make sure you are aware of your obligations under the Horticulture Code and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act).
