ICS (Internet Calendaring and Scheduling), sometimes referred to as iCalendar, is a standardised way to share calendar information on the internet. Downloading an ICS attachment of one of our calendar events means that you can include that event on your own personal calendar, complete with all the details.
How do I use it
Your email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007) may support ICS or you may have a standalone calendaring application (like Apple's iCal) that can handle ICS formats.
