On January the First 2011, the Trade Practices Act was renamed the Competition and Consumer Act. The Australian Consumer Law is contained in a schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act. Any reference in this program to the Trade Practices Act should be taken as a reference to the Competition and Consumer Act. All rights and obligations explained in this program continue to be relevant under the Competition and Consumer Act.
This forum addresses the factors to be considered by all parties to a collective bargaining arrangement. The panel discussion is hosted by Emma Alberici.
