The timetable for interested party submissions was set with a view to assisting the ACCC to meet its obligations in conducting the inquiry. While the ACCC endeavoured to take into account information submitted after 11 March 2008, the ACCC may have been limited in its ability to take into account late submissions.
Public submissions contain the opinions of the parties who made them. The ACCC makes no comment on the validity of those opinions.
