R J Nuss Removals Pty Ltd, on behalf of a group of removalists, is seeking to collectively negotiate an annual volume growth rebate for rail linehaul services with Asciano Service Pty Ltd (trading as Pacific National).
The ACCC does not object to the collective bargaining notification. Protection provided for by the notification lodged by Nuss Removals commenced on 18 February 2008 and will cease three years from the date of lodgement (that is on 4 February 2011).
