Summary
Telstra lodged an ordinary access undertaking relating to the terms and conditions of supply of the Unconditioned Local Loop Service (ULLS). Telstra lodged the undertaking at the same time as it withdrew its previous ULLS undertaking (dated 21 December 2007). The undertaking proposed a monthly charge of $30.00 for each Telstra unconditioned local loop service connected at an exchange building in a band 2 exchange service area. If accepted, the undertaking would have operated until 31 December 2010.
On 22 April 2009 the ACCC decided to reject the Undertaking. The ACCC released a final decision to reject this Telstra ULLS Undertaking on 28 April 2009. A public version of the final decision is available below in the public documents section below.

Telstra's 2007 Unconditioned Local Loop Service undertaking
On 21 December 2007, Telstra lodged an undertaking for its Unconditioned Local Loop Service. This undertaking was later withdrawn and replaced with its March 2008 undertaking.
