What to do if you receive horticulture produce without a produce agreement

Under the mandatory Horticulture Code a grower and a trader cannot trade in horticulture produce with each other unless both the grower and the trader have signed a written horticulture produce agreement that complies with the requirements of the Horticulture Code.
