What is unprocessed horticulture produce?

On 14 May 2007 the Australian Government implemented the Trade Practices (Horticulture Code of Conduct) Regulations 2006 (the Horticulture Code). The Horticulture Code has the force of law and aims to provide clarity and transparency in trade between growers and traders of unprocessed horticulture produce by clarifying the rights and responsibilities of each party.
