Tabcorp Manager Pty Ltd (Tabcorp) is seeking authorisation for the 2007 SuperTAB Pooling Agreement between Tabcorp and TOTE Tasmania. The 2007 Pooling Agreement governs TOTE Tasmania's participation in the SuperTAB Pool operated by Tabcorp.
The ACCC granted authorisation for the parties to make and give effect to the four provisions identified by Tabcorp as raising trade practices issues, that is clauses 2.1, 5.1, 5.6 and 8, for the term of the Agreement, that is until 14 August 2012.
