Dealing with debt: your rights and responsibilities

The ACCC and ASIC have jointly produced a consumer brochure Debt collection: your rights and responsibilities in conjunction with a guideline for collectors and creditors. This consumer brochure will help people who are currently dealing with debt problems, or being contacted by debt collectors. This publication is available in English, Arabic, Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, Greek and Turkish.
