Market definition
The ACCC considered the likely effects of the Proposed Asset Sale upon the supply of retail mobile services (voice and data) over 2G, 2.5G and 3G networks (Retail Mobile Services Market).
Competition analysis
On 23 August 2007 the ACCC decided not to intervene in the Proposed Asset Sale. The ACCC considered that the Proposed Asset Sale was unlikely to substantially lessen competition in the Retail Mobile Services Market.
