What does the Oilcode say about the termination of a fuel re-selling agreement?

On 1 March 2007 the Australian Government implemented the Trade Practices (Industry Codes—Oilcode) Regulations 2006 (the Oilcode) as part of a reform of the downstream petroleum industry.

If the parties seek to terminate a fuel re-selling agreement, the Oilcode sets out specific requirements that must be met. A4 fact sheet.
