Fuel re-selling agreements, disclosure and the Oilcode

On 1 March 2007 the Australian Government implemented the Trade Practices (Industry Codes—Oilcode) Regulations 2006 (the Oilcode) as part of a reform of the downstream petroleum industry.

The Oilcode applies to all fuel re-selling agreements, including those entered into before 1 March 2007 (except for fuel re-selling agreements of less than 30 000 litres per month).
