The ACCC has prepared this guide to help people understand the approach it takes when considering authorisation matters. It is designed to help applicants prepare applications for authorisation and for interested parties to better understand and participate in the authorisation process.
This guide (updated in November 2009) replaces the 1995 ACCC guide to authorisations and notifications.
