What to do if you receive horticulture produce without a horticulture produce agreement
Under the mandatory Horticulture Code a grower and a trader cannot trade in horticulture produce with each other unless both the grower and the trader have signed a written horticulture produce agreement that complies with the requirements of the Horticulture Code. This fact sheet tells a trader what to do when it receives horticulture produce from a grower who has not entered into a horticulture produce agreement with the trader.
