ACCC instituted proceedings concerning alleged boycott activity by the Guild and some members.
The case was settled with some admissions, injunctions and undertakings.
The undertakings provide that the Guild and executive attend compliance seminar concerning part IV of TPA.
There is also provision for the Guild to notify members when a Country Show becomes a non-Guild show and that members are able to offer services to the new show organiser.
The Guild also undertakes to publish a notice regarding the settlement of the proceedings and the undertaking.
