The authorisation lodgement fees are:

Application for authorisation of: exclusionary provision (boycott) (Form A) agreement affecting competition (Form B) anti-competitive disclosure of prcing and other information (Form BA) covenant affecting competition (Form C) secondary boycott (Form D and Form DA) exclusive dealing (Form E) resale price maintenance (Form EA)	$7 500*
Additional related authorisation applications: concern conduct which is in the same market, or a closely related market to the first application. lodged within 14 days of the date of the first application. do not concern a merger.	$1 500
Application for minor variation (Form FA)	$0
Application for revocation (Form FB)	$0
Application for revocation and substitution (Form FC)	$2 500

*From 1 January 2007 the ACCC may waive authorisation lodgement fees in whole or in part.

An application for authorisation will not be considered to be validly lodged until the relevant fee is received by the ACCC.

The ACCC prefers lodgement fees to be paid by cheque, made out to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
