Final decision—Assessment of Telstra's ULLS monthly charge undertaking—August 2006

The public version of the ACCC's final decision on Telstra's ULLS monthly charge undertakings was released on 28 August 2006.

The Final Decision contains an error.  The following sentence:
"However, the ACCC has examined all submissions and material received prior to the making of this final decision, and is satisfied that it has sufficient information on which to make a fully informed decision." 
 
should read as follows:
"However, the ACCC has examined all submissions and material received up to and including Tuesday 22 August 2006, and is satisfied that it has sufficient information on which to make a fully informed decision."

Material received up to and including Tuesday 22 August 2006 has been included in the Section 152CGA Specification of Documents (Appendix H).
