Summary
In 1982, the Retail Liquor Store Owners' Association (RLSOA) was granted authorisation (A90351) by the Trade Practices Commission to prepare and distribute an Easiprice Schedule designed to assist its members calculate a retail price for bottled wine and spirits. On 13 September 2006 the ACCC revoked authorisation A90351 on the basis that the RLSOA no longer exists, the Easiprice Schedule is no longer being prepared or distributed to liquor store owners and that significant changes have occurred in the market for the retail sale of liquor since 1982.
