The ACCC considered the proposed acquisition was unlikely to raise competition concerns in any market or markets relevant to the provision of pay television services. Among other things, the ACCC took into account the small size of SELECTV's share of pay television viewers nationally and Win Corporation's limited involvement in pay television.
