Date published: 1st August 2006

Australia Post provides reserved and non-reserved services to Australian businesses and the public. Reserved services are those services in which Australia Post has a statutory monopoly; non-reserved services are the services it provides in competition with others. This report presents the results of the ACCC's analysis of Australia Post for 2004–05 financial year to determine whether or not it is cross-subsidising from its reserved services to its non-reserved services.
