In addition to the normal opportunity to apply for an authorisation under s. 88 or file a notification under s. 93 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, there is also an opportunity to apply for an exemption order under s. 151AS. This is a specific exemption from the Part XIB provisions of the Act.
