In August 2003 the ACCC released an information paper on bundling in the telecommunications industry. The information paper outlines the approach that the ACCC would be likely to use when assessing whether or not specific bundling conduct in the telecommunications industry is anti-competitive. In preparing the paper the ACCC was assisted by two reports by NERA.
