The ACCC is required to provide the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy with three annual telecommunications reports under Divisions 11 and 12 of Part XIB of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from 1 January 2011. The reports are on:
competitive safeguards (sub-section 151CL(1))
changes in the prices paid by consumers for telecommunications services (paragraph 151CM(1)(a))
Telstra's compliance with the retail price control arrangements (sub-section 151CM(1)(b)).
