The ACCC is required to provide the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy with three annual telecommunications reports under Divisions 11 and 12 of Part XIB of the Trade Practices Act on:
competitive safeguards (sub-section 151CL(1))
changes in the prices paid by consumers for telecommunications services (paragraph 151CM(1)(a))
Telstra's compliance with the price control arrangements (sub-section 151CM(1)(b)).
