Medicines Australia lodged an application to revoke authorisations A90779-A90780 relating to Edition 14 of its Code of Conduct and their substitution with authorisations A90994-A90996 in respect of Edition 15 of its Code of Conduct.

The ACCC granted conditional authorisation for three years to Medicines Australia on 26 July 2006. Medicines Australia applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for a review of the ACCC's determination. The Tribunal released its determination on 27 June 2007.
