New South Wales seeks amendments to the derogations in chapter 9 part B of the National Electricity Code relating to the NSW revenue cap provisions. The derogations are proposed to give effect to the revenue cap reopening provisions of the ACCC's Statement of Regulatory Principles on an interim basis. The derogations would expire on 1 July 2009.
