VENCorp has applied to vary the authorisation to clarify how authorised maximum daily quantities are reallocated in the event that a tariff D customer withdrawl point is redesignated as a tariff V site. VENCorp has also sought to vary the authorisation to defer the mandatory review of the intervetion and market suspension provisions of Chapter 6 of the MSOR.
