Description of Conduct
The Victorian Brick and Blocklaying Training Foundation Ltd (VBBTF) on behalf of the Clay Brick and Paver Association of Victoria (CBPAV) lodged an application for revocation and substitution of A90738 to extend the current period of authorisation and increase the levy from $1.00 per thousand bricks sold to $2.00 per thousand bricks sold.
Revokes Authorisation A90738 and grants a substitute authorisation A90887 for a period of three years from the date the authorisation comes into force.
