OMG Kokkola Chemicals Holding B.V. lodged an application for authorisation in relation to an alliance agreement with MPI Mines Ltd and MPI Nickel Pty Ltd for the development of nickel tenements, mining nickel and the concentrating and processing of nickel in Australia.
OMG Kokkola withdrew the applications for authorisation on 31/10/02 after seeking advice from their Senior Counsel.
