The Commission granted authroisation on 24 October 2001 for an agreement betweenthe APL the Western Australian Funeral Directors Association and certain non-WAFDA members for the provision of funeral directors services to an APL funeral fund at a fixed concesional rate. Authorisation was granted on condition that the APL provide to the Commission copies of contracts entered into under the agreement if requested. Authorisation was granted for 5 years.
