CSR Limited lodged an application for authorisation in relation to the Carriers and themselves entering into contracts or arrangements regarding the rates and conditions for delivery by road transport of pre-mixed concrete for CSR from plants producing pre-mixed concrete in the area.
CSR WA withdrew their application for authorisation on 22/8/02.
