Toll Holdings Ltd - proposed acquisition of Patrick Corporation Ltd
Summary
On 9 February the ACCC instituted proceedings against Toll Holdings Limited in the Federal Court over its proposed acquisition of Patrick Corporation Limited. The ACCC subsequently accepted revised court-enforceable undertakings from Toll Holdings Limited on 11 March 2006 in relation to the proposed acquisition. A copy of the final undertakings is attached below. As a consequence, the ACCC proposes to withdraw its opposition to the acquisition. Toll has agreed to pay the ACCC's legal costs.
