The aim of this guide is to assist businesses that are considering obtaining an exemption from the Act for certain export arrangements. It summarises information about lodging export agreements with the ACCC. However, it is not a substitute for legal advice.
This brochure and poster provides information on installation and safe use of basketball rings and backboards. Basketball rings installed on home exteriors may not be able to support the player's weight, making hanging or swinging on the ring extremely dangerous. Fatal and serious injuries result from falling debris such as bricks and guttering.
