Summary
There’s a new and important governmental emphasis: on getting the competitive settings right to enable the market to work; having the market deliver products and in particular services that in the past were very much in the domain of public provision; and on further enabling trade by reducing nation-state protectionist barriers of all kinds. All of these changes are in the interests of a more productive efficient economy.
